We strive to send all orders out within 10-15 business days! Around holidays, processing times may be longer. Please reach out if you have any questions. Note, this does not mean you will receive your order within 7-10 business day, only that it will be shipped within that time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. You will receive tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out. Delivery time once order has shipped depends on delivery service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mister & Moose does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Although, please let me know if there is a problem or mistake with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Thank you!

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel. After that your order is already processing cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, message me under the contact page.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Stainless steel tumblers should always be hand washed. While it may be okay to use a dishwasher for some items, I would suggest handwashing for best results. For the clothing, use your own judgment, some may shrink in the dryer.
